Cancellations

Order cancellations received after the order has left our warehouse but before delivery has been attempted will incur a £15.00 fee to return the goods to our warehouse.

Please ensure you are available to receive delivery on the agreed date. If you are unable to receive delivery please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Surcharges

The following postcode areas in Northern Scotland will incur a surcharge of £25:
AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH

Delivery to these areas can take up to 28 days.

How long does delivery take?: If your items are in-stock we aim to deliver within 7-14 days

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery to Scotland.
What if my items weigh under 50kg but I require assistance to carry them?: Please contact us for details about upgrading your delivery to a two man team for a small additional charge. Our specialist team will then carry the furniture to a room of your choice, including upstairs rooms and 1st/2nd floor flats.
What if I miss my delivery?: Failed deliveries may incur additional charges, except for parcel deliveries where a calling card is left for re-delivery at no extra charge.

What happens if some of my items are out of stock?: We prefer to deliver your goods altogether as part of our commitment to protect the environment.

If you have an urgent requirement for the in-stock items to be delivered sooner we can split the order, however both orders will incur any applicable delivery costs.
Can I book a specific delivery date?: Yes. You can book a specific date after placing your order. We will call and e-mail you to advise you of the soonest possible delivery dates.
Can I book a specific delivery time?: Unfortunately we are unable to arrange a specific delivery time.
Can the driver take away my old furniture?: No. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a recycling service for old furniture.
Can I have delivery beyond mainland UK?: We cannot offer delivery outside of the mainland UK. However, orders to Ireland, the Channel Islands and other offshore islands can be delivered to a shipping company.
My delivery has not arrived on the specified day. What should I do?: Please call us immediately and have your order number to hand.
